JSC "Grodno Azot"  is among them.

A list of city-forming and backbone enterprises was prepared in Belarus. This is provided by the Resolution No. 90 of the Council of Ministers dated February 16, 2021, officially published on the National Legal Website.

The list includes 103 joint stock companies. In Grodno region they are: Volkovysk OJSC "Bellakt", OJSC "Volkovysk Meat-Processing Plant", JSC "Grodno Azot", JSC "Lakokraska" (Lida), OJSC "Molochny Mir", JSC "Mostovdrev" and others.

The document states that the meetings of the managing board of these enterprises in the regions and Minsk can be attended by authorized representatives of the Head of State.
