On Wednesday, December 16, within the framework of the contest "Best Idea of the Year-2020", aimed at activating the creative thinking of employees and developing innovative ideas of practical value for the enterprise, a committee meeting for the consideration of the proposed works was held.

The committee of the contest "Best Idea of the Year-2020" of JSC "Grodno Azot" received six works in two categories for consideration. Four works were presented in the category "Work aimed at saving raw materials and fuel and energy resources, improving technological processes and process diagrams, means and systems of processes mechanization and automation, improving methods of repair and maintenance of equipment, organizing the production of new types of innovative and high-tech products". Two works were presented in the category "Work aimed at improving the quality of laboratory and analytical equipment for production, improving the quality of products, working conditions and safety, improving the environmental safety of technological processes and production, improving the organization of workplaces and the system of office management of the enterprise".

The participants made presentations of their projects, supporting them with slides, which more fully revealed the essence of the proposed ideas.
