Expo 2020 is an international exhibition that aims to change the future of humanity through technological innovation. Innovations and investments were discussed during the presentation of export opportunities of the Belarusian petrochemistry industry. As the official website of the National Pavilion of the Republic of Belarus at the World Expo 2020 in Dubai reports, the products and technologies of oil extraction, refining and transportation, petroleum products, chemicals and petrochemicals, a number of scientific, design, construction and repair organizations - a total of six organizations - were presented to the visitors. These are the leading producers of mineral fertilizers, chemical yarns and fibers, tyres, polymers: JSC “Grodno Azot”, JSC “Svetlogorsk Khimvolokno”, JSC “Naftan”, JSC “Polotsk-Steklovolokno”, JSC “Belshina”, JSC “Mogilevkhimvolokno”.

Vladimir Sizov, Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian State Concern for Petroleum and Chemicals, headed the delegation of top-managers of these enterprises. In his report, he placed a special emphasis on investment projects.

Presentations were followed by bilateral talks on cooperation with companies from the UAE and other countries.
