On December 3, 1963 Grodno Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant became one of the most important enterprises forming the Belarusian chemical industry and the economy of our country.

Even nowadays Open Joint-Stock Company “Grodno Azot” has been and remained the flagship of the national industry, the recognised leader in the production of mineral fertilisers. For 58 years “Azot” has been working steadily, constantly increasing its production capacity. And our success today is a launching pad for the most ambitious projects in the very near future. Azot workers will continue the good traditions established by the plant founders for the benefit of their native enterprise, city and country.
