A visa-free regime for foreign citizens ensured an increase in the flow of foreign tourists to our city. Thanks to visa-free visits, the number of foreign guests in our city has grown by 20%. Among them are both ordinary tourists and diplomatic workers and guests of the country who come for official purposes and make official trips.

Today the situation in medical tourism is developing rapidly around the world, and the Republic of Belarus is no exception in this regard.

One of the current areas of economic development of the country is the development of medical tourism. Every year more and more foreign citizens come to us, moreover, purposefully, to receive specialized medical care in various fields. Attractive are not only the quality of treatment, the conditions of stay, but also the cost of medical services. A visa-free regime for foreigners contributes to the active development of this type of tourism.

It should be noted that the infrastructure of our city is not very ready for the reception of foreigners. The hotels and restaurants of the city are crowded.

In view of the current situation, projects for the construction of new hotels, restaurants and entertainment complexes are of particular interest and interest to our city.

One of such projects that deserve special attention of potential investors is the implementation of a health center located at the address: Grodno, ul. Tomina, 26.

The wellness center includes a complex of capital structures: an existing indoor pool and a dispensary building (located on conservation).

Sale of the dispensary building is carried out with the possibility of its reconstruction for the following public facilities: specialized retail building; the building of hotels, camping motels; specialized building for health and social services; a specialized building for catering, a specialized building for consumer services.

The sale of the existing indoor pool is subject to the preservation of its intended purpose.
