JSC "Grodno Azot" renders next repair works for the organizations:

1. Repair of valves, regulating and safety pipeline fixtures with relative diameter from DN 6 mm to DN 500 mm and operating pressure up to РN = 32,0 МPа.
2. Repair of pump compressor equipment.
3. Process equipment clearing (heat exchangers, etc.) using hydrodynamic method by means of high pressure hydro clearing installations "Hammelmann" pressure up to РN = 100,0 МPа with internal diameter of tubes from DN16 mm to DN 80 mm.
4. Turning processing of sealing surfaces flanges on fixtures, pipelines, pumps, devices′ shells and other process equipment with processing diameter up to 2200 mm using portable turning equipment "EFCO" (Germany).
5. Tightening and easing of flanges′ thread connections, devices′ shells and other process equipment by means of hydraulic moment keys with force clip 27 000 Н/м and the head size "on a turn-key basis" up to 150 mm.
6. Elimination of leakages of working mediums on the operating process equipment, pipelines and sealing units of valves and controlling fixtures under pressure.
7. Laser centering of half couplings of pump compressor equipment.
8. Diagnostic of quality of manufacturing of roll bearings by vibrating parameters with internal diameter of bearing holder from 7 to 300 mm.
