REPAIR WORKS

JSC "Grodno Azot" renders the following types of repair works for organizations:

 

1. Repair of shut-off, control and safety valves of pipelines with nominal diameter from DN 6 mm to DN 500 mm and nominal pressure up to PN 320 kgf/cm².

2. Repair of pump and compressor equipment.

3. Laser alignment of shafts, vertically and horizontally mounted machines, alignment of pulleys, assembly units, checking "soft feet" by the universal measuring system "Easy-Laser", Sweden, for the alignment of machines and complex machine trains.

4. Cleaning of process equipment (heat exchangers etc.) with the pressure up to PN = 250,0 MPa and internal diameter of pipes from DN16 mm to DN80 mm using hydrodynamic method by means of high-pressure hydraulic cleaning equipment "Hammelmann", "WOMA", Germany.

5. On-site turning of sealing surfaces and flanges at valves, pipelines, pumps, vessel shells and other process equipment with maximum diameter of 2200 mm by means of portable turning equipment "EFCO", "MIRAGE", Germany.

6. Assembly and disassembly of threaded connections with specified torque up to 66 668 Nm and head dimension up to 175 mm with help of hydraulic torque wrenches.

7. Leakage elimination at the operating process equipment, pipelines and seal assemblies of shut-off and control valves under pressure.

8. Manufacture of spiral wound gaskets with diameters from 20 to 1000 mm, applied for sealing of detachable joints of pipeline fittings, flanges, process equipment, vessels, etc.

9. Visual endoscopic inspection and control of the process equipment and industrial utilities and pipelines in the hard-to-reach places with the limited direct access. Minimum diameter of the probe is 3,2 mm, max. length is 18 m.

10. Diagnostics of the manufacturing quality of rolling bearings according to the vibration parameters with the inner diameter of the bearing cage from 7 to 300 mm.
